Ingredients (serves 1)
- 3 garlic cloves
- cherry tomatoes (about 6, cut in half)
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- basil
- black pepper
- ricotta
- sourdough
Method
- Put your cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil in an oven dish with olive oil and black pepper and put in the oven at 200 degrees for around 30-40 minutes
- Spread some ricotta on your sourdough toast
- Once out the oven, pop your roasted garlic and tomatoes on the toast
- Pour some balsamic vinegar on, top with some fresh basil and enjoy!
