Ingredients (serves 1)
- chilli oil
- 2 eggs
- milk
- black pepper
- smoked salmon
- dill (chopped)
- feta
- sourdough
Method
- Crack your eggs in a bowl
- Whisk them up, pour in a little bit of milk and mix again
- Add about a teaspoon of turmeric and some black pepper and mix it all in
- Then head some chilli oil in a pan on a medium heat and pop your sourdough in the toaster
- Pour your egg mix in the pan and let it sit for about half a minute
- With a wooden spoon, start lifting and folding the egg
- Do this until the eggs are set but still a little bit runny, then take them off the heat and let them sit for a minute to finish cooking
- Put some chilli oil on your toast and some ripped bits of smoked salmon
- Add the egg onto the toast and top with some crumbled feta and dill and enjoy!
